Create a Business Account

To start using Planfy you need to create an account for your business.

  1. Go to
  2. Type your email address in the box provided and press enter.

Setup Wizard

You will need to complete the 3 step setup wizard to setup your account, this will only take a minute to complete.

  1. Basic business details
  2. Business working hours
  3. Your personal login

The password you choose in step 3 is your own and should not be shared with employees. Later you will be able to invite your staff to join with their own logins.

Demo Data

To help you explore the platform we add demo data to your account including appointments, customers and services related to your industry.

When you are ready you can remove the data by clicking the red "Delete Demo Data" button at the top left and confirming.
