You can manage your staff members from https://www.planfy.com/portal/staff
For each members of staff we recommend including at least the name, position and photo of the staff. These will be visible to customers to choose from when they book an appointment.
Email address and phone number are used for notification purposes and won't be shared with customers.
You can set different working hours for each member of staff. This defaults to use the businesses working hours which can be configured from https://www.planfy.com/portal/profile/times. You can also schedule staff breaks for each day of the week.
You can configure which services each member of staff can provide and even configure different prices.
Some members of staff may not actually provide services, if this is the case you can disable the calendar from the Advanced tab. From here you can also give specific staff members portal access so they can login from their own device.
