For the last 6 months we have been working on Translating Planfy into multiple languages to bring planfy to the rest of the world. Our current focus is on translating customer facing pages to give the best experience to those who will be booking your services. We are also working on Translating the Planfy Dashboard.

Planfy automatically detects your customers language based on their browser settings and location. This means that you aren’t restricted to just customers who speak 1 language.

Text messages and emails will automatically be sent in the customers own language, providing their language is supported, otherwise they will be sent out in English.

Accurate translation is difficult, so if we don’t currently support your language or you notice any mistakes please email support [at] planfy.com with subject line ‘Translation’. We have a system that makes it easy for you to submit the required translations.
