After many requests and iterations we are delighted to announce Planfy now supports service padding.
Whether you are a Salon, Vet or Optician, perhaps you offer a service which requires preparation and cleanup time. You could increase the duration of that service, but this would confuse customers. Service padding offers the best solution to this problem by allowing you to define before and after buffer times to your services. From the customers perspective the duration is the same, but in the background Planfy reserves the buffer time to prevent over booking.
To setup buffer time, go to your services page and choose the service you want to edit. Navigate to the Advanced tab where you can define the before and after buffer time in minutes.
As always we took care to ensure that the Planfy calendar renders clearly and cleanly in all scenarios.
