How to Set "Starting From" Prices

If your business has services which do not have specific prices but instead have “starting from” prices, Planfy allows you to indicate this to your customers.

How to set service price as “starting from”

In order to set “from” prices, go to your services page , select a service which does not have a specific price and enable the “Set service price as a starting from price” toggle as shown in the video below.

Please note that if a price range for a particular service is extremely wide i.e. $20 – $1000, we recommend adding additional information in the service description text area. For example, you can mention that the final price depends on service duration and complexity and the range is from $20 to $1000.

Once you enable “from” prices in your portal, you can preview the changes in your booking widget. As you can see in the video below, the selected service has a “starting from” price which is indicated to the customer during the entire booking journey.
