How to Group Services in Booking Widget

If your business offers a wide variety of services, it may be overwhelming for your customers to see all the services on the very first step in your booking widget while scheduling services online. In order to make it easier to navigate your services catalogue, you can enable service grouping which makes the widget show a list of categories of your services on the first step as shown in the video below:

Go to settings page in your Planfy portal, then select the “Booking Policy” card. Find the “Service Group Step” section and enable the “Show Group Step Before Services” toggle.

If you refresh your booking widget now, you will notice that the very first step will show a list of categories of services that you provide. This way customers can explore your services easier and schedule appointments quicker.
