How do I make it optional for a client to select a branch of my business on Planfy?

If your business has more than one branch/location and you’d like to give your customers an option to chose the one they need.
There are multiple ways to achieve the branches/locations functionality:
A. For maximum flexibility, we recommend creating a dedicated account for each branch. This allows you to set specific working hours, services, and SMS/email templates for each location. (Please contact Planfy support via email or live chat to request linking of business accounts as branches.)
This way, when your customers are looking to book appointments, they can switch between branches/locations by clicking the address at the top.

You can test branch switching yourself by going to our demo widget page (https://www.planfy.com/booking-widget/pretty-valley-salon).

B. An alternative method is to create service groups based on location. For example, you could create a service group named "Riga Branch," then another like "Location B Branch," and so on:

You could add services to each group and configure the booking policy to show the service category as the first step in the booking process:

When visitors open the widget, they will see categories like "Riga Branch," "Location B Branch," etc. Upon selecting a category, they will then see the services within that group.

The downside of Method B is that it offers less flexibility, as you're using a single account for multiple branches. For example, you wouldn't be able to set unique working hours or SMS/email templates for each branch, since these settings are account-specific.
