When you add a new appointment, Planfy system gives you suggestions on what time slots are available based on your working hours and existing bookings. It will not suggest you to add multiple appointments for the same time because it reserves 1 time slot for 1 service and assumes that your staff cannot provide multiple services simultaneously.

It is possible to force the system to have multiple appointments at the same time. The video below indicates how staff can force the system to add second appointment for the slot at 10:00 even though there already is an appointment for that time.

As you can see, if staff choose “Other” in the time dropdown, they are given an option to set any custom time which in this example leads to 2 appointments at 10:00.

We do not recommend having multiple appointments at the same time, however if you need it, Planfy system is flexible enough to support this.
