In some services, such as a spa retreat or wellness center, one staff member can sometimes handle two or more services simultaneously. Planfy provides a concurrent bookings setting that allows staff to accept multiple bookings at the same time.
How to Allow Staff to Accept Bookings Simultaneously
First, go to the staff settings in the right menu and select the staff member who can accept multiple bookings simultaneously
Next, select the settings tab and look for the toggle "Concurrent Bookings". By default, only one booking or customer is serviced at a time.
You can change this to the number of simultaneous bookings the staff member can accept
After changing this setting, the staff member can be selected for multiple bookings at once
