Encourage your clients to book your services again by sending them SMS & emails. To add a recall, go to your customers page, select a customer and tap on the “Recalls” tab. Open portal & Customer Recalls

How to utilise Customer Recalls:

1. Go to your customers page & select a customer you want to send a recall to.

2. Select the date & time you would like the recall to be sent to the customer.

3. Scheduled recalls are listed on the customers page and will be sent on the set date. The status of SMS & emails will be updated when they are sent.
