Can I import my clients from old system to Planfy customer database?
Yes, you can easily do it via “Customers” page (https://www.planfy.com/portal/customers ).
How do I do it?
You just need to click the ‘Menu’ button in the left hand sidebar and choose ‘Import’.
After that, you will see a popup where you will need to follow the instructions. You can download an example spreadsheet file to see what data can be imported and how the CSV file should be structured. Your spreadsheet should have the following columns:
- Name
- Address
- Town
- City
- Country
- Postcode
- Mobile Number
- Date of Birth (DOB) in the following format YYYY-MM-DD
- Gender
- Occupation
Once you have a spreadsheet with your customers’ data which is correctly formatted, click “Upload” button and select that particular CSV file.
It may take a little time to complete the file upload. When complete, click ‘Refresh to see changes’ button and you will see the newly added customers in the left sidebar.
